Our Warranty Policy
1 Years for Residential Usage / 1 Year for Commercial Usage
 
JFG Building Supply strives for excellence in quality. We warrant that our cabinets and parts would be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years of residential use or 1 year of commercial use. The warranty begins on the purchase date from our authorized dealers in the US.
 
All warranty claims should be through the original authorized dealer. JFG Building Supply will examine the product and at its sole discretion to determine if the warranty applies. If the product is no longer available, we will substitute a similar product in specification and price. Color match is not guaranteed.
 
JFG Building Supply’s products are designed to be indoor use only and should be installed by professional installers. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, outdoor use, water damage, misuse or abuse, damage caused by faulty installation or extreme weather conditions. The original Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims. Assembly, install labor, or shipping are not included in any warranty claim.
